01 / Understand
First, the product itself.
We request a live product or demo, legal company information, mission and vision, facts behind the claims, intended users, relevant alternatives, launch goal and permitted countries.
Chapter VIIOur approach · DAETO
Ìhìn is designed to take responsibility for the thinking between an approved product and a genuine, disclosed creator campaign. The framework is DAETO: Discovery, Approach, Execution, Tracking, Optimization.
After client approval
We earn a management fee because we research the product, curate fit, coordinate execution and help the client interpret the evidence.
01 / Understand
We request a live product or demo, legal company information, mission and vision, facts behind the claims, intended users, relevant alternatives, launch goal and permitted countries.
02 / Plan
We research real user questions and topical language, agree on success measures, select eligible formats and creator candidates, and document budget, disclosures, links and usage rights.
03 / Enable
Approved creators read a detailed brief, choose whether to participate, and write genuinely in their own style. Product keywords guide understanding, not a mandated script.
The operating framework
A founder-developed method for answering five important questions in the right order.
01 / Discovery
We inspect the product, working demo, actual buyer problem, audience, competing alternatives, evidence for claims, launch timing and legal restrictions. A useful brief starts with what can be proved.
Client contributesProduct access, mission, vision, approved claims, audience and goals
Ìhìn deliversDiscovery memo, verified-claims register, risk assessment and baseline
02 / Approach
We design story angles and formats, then review approved Circle creators by genuine public X posts, topic fluency, conversation quality, consented analytics, rate and availability. The founder approves the shortlist.
Client contributesApprove factual boundaries, creator budget, formats and use rights
Ìhìn deliversCreator shortlist, messaging plan, transparent quote and approved brief
03 / Execution
Creators choose opportunities, see exact terms, test the facts, write in their own voice and disclose paid partnerships. We coordinate availability, brief revisions, timing and published delivery without prescribing identical praise.
Client contributesAnswer product questions; correct factual errors, not authentic opinions
Ìhìn deliversCreator agreements, schedule, live post links and disclosure checks
04 / Tracking
We verify agreed deliverables and report data with source labels: API verified, creator submitted, client verified or estimated. Reporting windows, attribution limits and missing observations remain visible.
Client contributesConfirm tracked visits, leads or signups from your own systems where agreed
Ìhìn deliversEvidence ledger, source-labelled metrics and human-reviewed report
05 / Optimization
We compare results with the objective, explain what worked and what did not, and suggest the next test. Weak results are findings, not something to hide or rewrite as success.
Client contributesReview learnings and choose repeat, adjust or stop
Ìhìn deliversCampaign retrospective and a concrete next-iteration proposal
How we evaluate Circle
The initial network is invitation-only. The founder makes final approvals; AI analysis is supporting evidence, not a judge.
Read actual X posts and replies to understand subject knowledge, independent thinking and how a creator speaks to their community.
Check 90-day evidence, post-level data where available, and country percentages only within the stated metric and period.
Review disclosed sponsored history where visible, product fit, responsiveness, originality and conflicts. Do not reward engagement manipulation.
A creator sees the brief, rate, deadline and rights before joining. The platform never silently lowers a creator's approved rate.
Only creator-approved public profiles will appear in Voices. No real campaign or creator relationship is claimed by this explanation alone.
Why the distinction matters
This compares two service models, not every competing company. Both can have legitimate uses.
Choose a post or slot
Define the product problem, audience and evidence first
Look at the creator's public profile
Review fit, X work, consented analytics and human shortlist
Hand over talking points
Share verified facts, then let creators use their own voice
Confirm the post went live
Verify signed terms, disclosure, delivery and rights
Read the post's visible metrics
Separate API, creator, client and estimated data by source
Book another post
Review learnings and test a better campaign hypothesis
Evidence, not a performance
No invented clients, inflated creator counts or fabricated testimonials. A completed report must be reviewed, verifiable and permissioned.
We're not publishing case-study numbers until we have completed, consented campaigns.
