Terms of service
The rules for using ihin.si and the Ìhìn workspaces, which apply to every visitor and account holder alongside the creator, client and partner terms.
Effective 30 October 2026 · BlindspotLab Limited
01
Who we are and how these terms fit together
Ìhìn is operated by BlindspotLab Limited, a company registered in Nigeria. These terms apply to everyone who uses ihin.si or its workspaces. Creators also agree to the Creator terms, clients to the Client terms, and referral partners to their written partner agreement. Where those are more specific, they apply.
02
Accounts and sign-in
You sign in with a one-time code sent to your email, or with Google. Keep access to your email account secure, and do not share codes. You are responsible for activity under your account. Tell us promptly if you think someone else has used it.
Circle is joined by invitation only. A client organization must be approved by a person before it can request campaigns, and a partner application must be approved before referral links work. We may decline, suspend or close an account that breaks these terms or puts others at risk, and we will tell you why unless the law or an investigation prevents it.
03
Acceptable use
Use Ìhìn lawfully and honestly. In particular, you must not:
- access or attempt to access other people's accounts, files or information;
- probe, disrupt or overload the service, or bypass its security or rate limits;
- upload unlawful, infringing or malicious files, or impersonate anyone;
- submit altered analytics, misleading evidence or false identity details;
- arrange fake engagement, undisclosed sponsorship or deceptive endorsements.
04
Content and intellectual property
The Ìhìn name, Signal mark, site content, illustrations and software belong to BlindspotLab Limited or our licensors. You may link to and share public pages for lawful, non-commercial purposes.
You keep ownership of what you upload. You give us permission to store, process and display it only as needed to run the service for you (for example, to review an application, prepare a campaign or produce a report you have approved).
05
Prices, quotes and information
Public pages describe how Ìhìn works and how fees are calculated, including the illustrative estimator on the pricing page. A campaign becomes binding only when a client accepts a written quote in Launch, together with the Client terms.
Links to other services, such as X or Google, are governed by their own terms.
06
No promised outcomes
Results depend on audiences, platforms, timing, creative work and many factors outside anyone's control. Ìhìn does not guarantee impressions, clicks, sign-ups, revenue or any other outcome. Forecasts are labelled as estimates, and reported figures say where they came from.
07
Availability and responsibility
We work to keep Ìhìn available and secure, but the service may occasionally be interrupted for maintenance, security or reasons outside our control.
To the extent the law allows, BlindspotLab Limited is not liable for indirect or consequential losses. For a paid campaign, our total liability is limited to the fees you paid Ìhìn for that campaign. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or your mandatory consumer rights.
08
Governing law, disputes and changes
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, subject to any mandatory rights that apply where you live. If something goes wrong, write to mojeeb@blindspotlab.xyz first; we will respond and try to resolve it fairly before either side escalates.
We may update these terms as the service changes. The date at the top shows the current version, and we tell account holders about material changes by email before they take effect.
