How Launch works for businesses: approval, briefs, quotes and fees, funding, creator independence, content rights, reporting and changes.

01
Who can commission a campaign
Launch is for businesses with a real product to show. Your organization registers in Launch and is reviewed by a person before it can request campaigns. We may ask for more information, and we screen restricted categories. We do not run campaigns for financial products, investments or crypto tokens, or for anything unlawful, deceptive or prohibited by the platform.
Whoever registers or accepts a quote for an organization confirms they are authorized to bind it.
02
Your brief and responsibilities
You agree to give us accurate information about your product, audience, availability, restrictions and timing, and evidence for any material claim you want made. You must own, or be licensed to share, every brand asset and file you upload, and you remain responsible for your product and claims.
03
Quotes, fees and payment
Every campaign has a written quote with two parts. The creator budget is paid to the creators who publish. Ìhìn's management fee is the greater of 25% of the agreed creator budget or US$250; it is added to the creator budget, never deducted from creator payouts. Any agreed extra charges and applicable taxes are listed separately. We recommend a total campaign of at least US$1,000; smaller campaigns need our founder's approval.
Once your organization's owner accepts the quote, we issue a numbered invoice for the exact amount in USDC on the Base network, payable to the Ìhìn treasury address shown on the invoice. An invoice is paid only when we have verified the transfer on-chain ourselves: the right token, network, address, amount and confirmations. A screenshot or transaction hash alone does not count. Send only native USDC on Base; funds sent on another network or in another token may be unrecoverable. Creators are confirmed only after the campaign is funded.
04
Creator selection and independence
We recommend creators based on relevant expertise, audience evidence, fit and availability, and a person signs off the plan. Creators choose whether to take part and keep their editorial independence.
You may require factual accuracy, reasonable brand guidelines and clear disclosure. You may not require false endorsements, hidden compensation, artificial engagement or claims you cannot support.
05
Content rights
Creators own the content they publish. Your quote and brief set out the formats, dates, disclosure and any review steps. Paid-media reuse, whitelisting, edits, exclusivity or extended licences must be agreed in the brief and priced with the creator; they are never assumed from payment for an organic post.
06
Delivery and reporting
A person verifies every post: that it is live, disclosed, on time and accurate. Your report labels every figure by its source (platform data, creator evidence, your own data, or an estimate) and shows its reporting window. Impressions are not unique people, and clicks are not customers.
We do not guarantee impressions, clicks, sign-ups, revenue or any other outcome.
07
Changes, cancellation and refunds
Material changes to scope, creators or price need both sides' agreement, and may need a revised quote. If a creator withdraws, or a post cannot be verified, that creator is not paid for it, and we agree with you whether to offer the place to another creator or to return that part of the creator budget.
If you cancel after funding, creator work that has already been verified is paid, the management fee for work already done is kept, and we agree the rest with you in writing. Refunds are paid in USDC on Base to the address you nominate.
08
Referral partners
If a referral partner introduced your organization, Ìhìn pays their commission. It is never added to your invoice and never comes from creator pay. Only one partner can be credited per organization, and you can ask us which partner, if any, introduced you.
09
Confidentiality and contact
We keep your non-public briefs and brand files confidential, and share them with the creators on your campaign only as needed. Creators' private analytics, legal names and payment details are not shared with you. A campaign report is published on Dispatches only with your explicit consent and that of each creator involved.
