01

Joining Circle

Circle is invitation-only. To join, you must be 18 or over, legally able to accept paid work where you live, and the owner of the X account you connect. Each application is reviewed by a person; if it is declined you will be told and can ask for the decision to be looked at again.

Approval gives you access to suitable opportunities. It does not guarantee any number of campaigns or any income.

02

Your account, evidence and profile

You connect X through X's own authorization screen (read-only) and upload recent analytics screenshots as evidence of your audience. They must be genuine and unaltered. AI may help read them; a person checks every figure. We remind you to refresh your evidence periodically, and stale evidence can pause new opportunities until it is updated.

Your evidence, legal name, earnings and wallet details are private. A public profile on Voices appears only if you choose to publish one, and you can withdraw it at any time.

03

Your rates

You set your own rates in US dollars for each format. We may show a suggested rate based on your evidence; it is only a suggestion. A person approves your rate card. On an opportunity you are always paid your approved rate. It is never discounted, and Ìhìn's fee and any partner commission are paid by the client or by Ìhìn, never deducted from you.

04

Choosing work

Opportunities are funded campaigns that match your approved formats and audience. Before you opt in you can see the brief, deliverable, rate, timing, disclosure requirements and usage terms. Opting in is your choice, and you can always decline. Once a person confirms you, the brief is agreed; we check you are still available shortly before the start, and you can withdraw if you cannot take part, so the place can be offered to someone else.

You keep your own voice and judgement. Clients may provide facts and reasonable guidelines, but cannot require you to say something you do not believe, or to misrepresent your experience.

05

Disclosure and platform rules

Every paid post must be clearly disclosed in the post itself, and you must follow X's rules for paid partnerships, including its disclosure settings where they apply.

Bought followers, bots, engagement pods, altered screenshots, invented experiences, false claims and hidden sponsorship are not allowed and can lead to removal from Circle and the loss of unpaid earnings for the affected work.

06

Who owns your work

You own the content you create. You allow Ìhìn and the client to link to, view and quote your published post, and to keep screenshots and metadata, for verification, reporting, compliance and payment records.

Any use beyond that (paid advertising, whitelisting, edits, exclusivity or extended licences) must be stated in the brief before you accept, and paid for separately.

07

Verification and disputes

After you publish, you submit the post link from your own account. A person checks it against the brief: the link, disclosure, timing, and the accuracy of any claims. If something needs changing, we tell you what and why. If a post cannot be verified, it is not paid; you can dispute that decision, and a person reviews it.

A client may raise a genuine problem with a verified post during the review window. While a dispute is open, the related earning is held until a person resolves it.

08

Getting paid

Each verified post becomes an earning at your approved rate. It is held for a short review window shown in your earnings page, then paid in USDC on the Base network to the wallet address you registered. Every payout is approved by a person and recorded by a second person, and you receive a statement.

When you add or change a wallet, payouts to it wait 72 hours and we email you, so a change you did not make can be stopped. Make sure the address is correct and can receive USDC on Base: transfers on a blockchain cannot be reversed. You are responsible for your own taxes. We may need to withhold or delay a payout where the law requires it, including sanctions rules.

09

Recommending peers, leaving and support

Approved creators can recommend a small number of peers through single-use invitations. A recommendation does not guarantee acceptance.

You can ask to leave Circle at any time with a deletion request from your account page; earnings already verified are still paid. Questions, complaints and appeals: mojeeb@blindspotlab.xyz. These terms work alongside the Terms of service and the Privacy policy.
